Olson Asphalt Maintenance, successful and reputable sealcoat company is searching for another crew member to add to our team. Our shop is located in Seaside, our service area is up and down WA and OR coastline.
We offer competitive pay, starting offer is $16+/hr for a licensed driver with a good work ethic.
CDL is NOT needed.
Benefits:
1. We pay federal holidays - straight pay if you are off; time and a half if you are working.
2. Christmas bonus- amount depends on your work ethic, hours worked, and business profitability.
3. This position is seasonal, however for the right candidate this can become permanent employment.
4. During our busy season, there is mandatory OT.
Requirements:
1. A driver's license in good standing.
2. Reliability, dependability and accountability.
3. Positive attitude.
4. Must be in good physical shape to keep up with the work.
5. Flexible schedule.
6. Common sense.
Work is manual labor:
1. Parking lot surface preparation
2. Sealcoating
3. Parking lot striping and layout (involves geometry and math)
4. Crack-filling
5. Pressure washing
6. Equipment maintenance
7. Other miscellaneous work.
