What Were Looking For:
Were searching for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Senior Housekeeper. This person is a hard-working individual who will embody our values while maintaining the supreme cleanliness of our homes. This person will work closely with the local management team and provide mentorship to their colleagues.
While this position is considered part-time, you may have the opportunity to obtain full-time employment based on your skill set and the companys growth.
What Youll Do:
ÂProfessionally clean and maintain Vacasa properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards
ÂSweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces
 Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind
ÂAssist with laundry as needed
ÂCreate a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for
ÂIdentify and note any damages to homes. Create maintenance tickets as necessary
ÂMentor, train, and support new and existing Housekeepers
ÂPerform inspections of cleans completed by Housekeepers
ÂDispose of garbage properly
Other light maintenance tasks as needed
Touch-up cleans as needed
ÂEstablish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with team members and management team
 Correspond on a regular basis with your local management team and team members
ÂBe available and willing to assist your colleagues and management team when necessary
ÂProvide cross-coverage for your manager and Co-Senior Housekeeper(s) when necessary
ÂCollect and remove trash and debris
ÂMeet and maintain required Housekeeping metrics
ÂAttend all mandatory individual and team meetings
ÂReplenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products
ÂMaintain hot tubs as needed; no experience necessary - we offer on-site training
ÂOther responsibilities as assigned - because every day looks different
Skills and Qualifications:
Reliable, consistent transportation
ÂDriving inclement weather conditions as required
ÂDaytime (11 am - 4 pm) and weekend availability (preferably Saturday and Sunday)
ÂAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
ÂLead by example while embodying our company values
ÂHighly responsive and reliable
ÂStrong attention to detail
ÂPrior housekeeping experience preferred although we can teach you the Vacasa standard
ÂAbility to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time.
ÂReach overhead and below the waist
ÂPush, pull, and lift less than or equal to 20 pounds
ÂBend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist
ÂAdhere to all company policies and procedures
ÂComfortable working with iPhones, computers and the internet/email
Compensation and Status:
Â$16 per hour
Seasonal rate to $17.25 from June 2 to September 7
ÂHourly, non-exempt role
