RESPONSIBILITIES
-You will perform repairs on building and grounds equipment in all areas of the facility including high elevations, confined spaces, manholes, sump pump pits.
-You will perform duties frequently being exposed to outdoor weather conditions that may vary from hot to cold.
-You will perform carpentry work utilizing table saws, circular saws, miter saws, routers.
-You will perform carpentry projects including wall framing, drywall installation, and door installation.
-You will perform routine maintenance working from tall ladders, scissor lifts, use heavy equipment such as tractors, trimmers, mowers and saws.
-You will perform routine maintenance including cleaning, painting, replacement pumps and tanks as necessary to maintain building and support equipment.
-You will build and assemble items that are related to operations such as general workbenches, BBQ, Picnic Tables, and carts.
-You will be responsible for the moving of equipment and office related items such as machines, office furniture, and modular furniture.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED required
-Minimum of 2 years prior work experience in a maintenance environment.
-Basic electrical knowledge
-Basic framing knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
-Strong background in construction or maintenance
-Prior work experience or vocational training in plumbing
-Carpentry, painting and general building maintenance experience

-Experience operating general maintenance equipment and tools including, but not limited to: forklifts, power tools, & scissor lifts, tractors, mowers and towing
-Not required to have own tools
-Knowledge of general maintenance procedures
-Concern for job safety

Job Level: Individual Contributor
Pay: $13 per hour with seasonal completion bonus. Wage scale adjustable based on experience and performance.
Benefits: 75% medical paid after 3 month probation
Schedule: Full-time/seasonal with possibility of regular status based on performance
