Help! Were a man down!
One of our Warehouse bro-workers decided to up and move to Alabama. Cant begrudge a man
for putting family first, it just means we need to fill his shoes. And by fill his shoes, I mean his
position with the company. Not his physical shoes, no, thatd be gross, unsanitary, and all sorts
of cringe worthy shutters.
What were looking for someone to help cover our busy season, which is all eleven of them.
Winter, fools spring, second winter, spring of deception, third winter, mud season, actual spring,
summer, false fall, second summer (usually about one week in duration), and actual fall.
What Im trying to say isits a full time, year round gig. We offer health insurance, dental, 401k,
vacation, sick time. We play games at our staff meetings, jib one another because we can, but
the shining light is a monthly event called Team Lunch Tuesday. Im not going to tell you
how often, which day of the week, or what meal is provided (I need something to quiz you about
during the interview), but its mediocre food that I make myself, paired with
exceptional company, a lot of laughs, and a group boomerang or two.
The Warehouse has several departments with specific jobs but Im looking for someone who
can fill the gaps between. I mean, we offer vacation and sick leave so we need to fill those roles
when needed.
Must:
ï· Be flexible, figuratively speaking.
ï· Willing to do whatever task is needed to accomplish the bigger goal.
ï· Plays well with others. I mean, works well with others.
ï· Have a valid driver's license.
ï· Pass a pre-employment drug test and maintain a drug free status after employment
ï· Lift 50lbs.
ï· Work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

ï· Drive a box truck
ï· Reverse said box truck without hitting our newly remodeled building or any of our other
buildings (will become an expected quality at some point during employment)
ï· Can bake something that will change my life and then bring said dish to work
occasionally.
