REQUIREMENTS:
Must have valid drivers license and good driving record. Must pass a pre-employment screening and background check . Must be able to conduct yourself in a professional manor with good communication skills and a clean neat appearance. Residential construction experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train hard working individuals to become water and fire technicians
JOB DUTIES: WATER DAMAGE RESTORATION TECH: This position involves entering a water damaged structure evaluating damages, Performing some demo and working with required drying equipment. Good math and writing skills required, residential construction experience is a plus. Job requires regular lifting of 10lbs or more.
FIRE DAMAGE TECH: This position involves cleaning various contents that may have smoke damage as well as detailed general house cleaning, Previous house cleaning experience is a plus, although we will teach our methods of cleaning and use of our branded cleaning products to the new hire. Job requires regular lifting of 10lbs or more.
Both positions may require extensive content manipulation (furniture moving and packaging of residential household items) Prior experience with handling and moving residential furnishings is a plus.
HOURS: Full time or Part time depending on applicants experience (The more skills you have to offer the more opportunities we can provide). Hours: 8:30am - 5pm. (Some after hours and weekends required)
PAY: DOE: $12.00-$18.00
