Position Description

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Reporting: General Manager

Position: PT-3 days/week (24 hrs)

Purpose:

To book guest reservations, assists with guest relations, provides customer service, schedules services, and other administrative duties to ensure that guests are rewarded with an exceptional experience.

Salary: $15.00 - $16.00, hourly

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent experience

Proven ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail

Have previous experience with production personalization equipment. (inkjets / lasers)

Have a solid mastery of MS word and excel

Are mechanically inclined

Have a good eye for detail, including print quality and fonts

Willing to pitch-in whenever and wherever to help get the mail out

PC proficient

Have a can-do attitude “ no challenge is too big!

Enjoy working on a team and open to learning new things

Specific Duties/Responsibilities:

Work independently and within a team on ongoing and special projects

General office duties such as correspondence, clerical work, and mailing list coordination

Leverage post campaign analysis to identify campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for improved

messaging, tone, formatting and timing.

Assist with keeping printed samples/seeds organized and with maintain quarterly historical archives and

sample notebooks.

Serve as the liaison between mail house and both internal and external creative teams/agencies

Strive to maintain high quality, error free execution for each project and direct mail campaign

Assist with scheduling, logistics and purchases needed for trainings and other events

Participate on special committees for staff activities and celebrations.

Assist with managing files of families and clients. Audit documentation for signatures and completion before

filing

Accurately file confidential documents for all programs

Working Conditions:

Ability to sit at a desk or be in the field as necessary

Lifting boxes (25 lbs.)

Sitting (up to 6-8 hours)
