This position is for the Gearhart Liquor store located on highway 101. Good pay and happy customers :)
Full and Part Time positions available for year-round work. No seasonal layoffs.
There will be several opportunities for pay increases and bonuses as you learn the various duties of the store. The more responsibility you take on, the better your compensation.
We are looking for someone who doesn’t mind working while they’re at work, and has a good attention for detail.
What we do:
Work with the customers in a friendly manner.
Work the POS system making sales, counting back change, and working with local bars.
Stocking shelves and lifting cases of booze — these can be somewhat heavy and this can be a very physical job at times, so keep that in mind.
If you have an insured vehicle and are licensed, you may be paid to make deliveries to bars, if you want to.
Routine Cleaning (mop, sweep, trash, etc)
You will need a friendly attitude of customer service. A pair of comfortable shoes, since we’re on our feet a lot. And a willingness to do manual labor, as we have to organize boxes several times a week.
We listen to music, crack jokes, and try and have as much fun as we can as essential employees during these crazy times.
We can also offer flexible scheduling.
If it works out and you’re part of the team you’ll get some work shirts and a seasonal bonus, when the time comes. We always reward hard work.
