Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

­ Must function effectively in a team environment with desire to cultivate relationships;

­ Supervises and oversees accounting system- responsible for all aspects of monitoring and reconciling accounts;

­ Reviews bank reports, updates Cash Management summary, sweep account t spreadsheets;

­ Performs account receivable deposits for Trust and Operating accounts;

­ Monitors income, analyzes client financial commitments and manages cash-flow to meet

obligations;

­ Reviews company-payables and issues checks;

­ Prepares and deposits direct bill commission receivables;

­ Prepares and reconciles direct bill commission statements;

­ Prepares reconciliation of corporate credit card;

­ Tracks monthly client commissions;

­ Accrues, expenses and tracks monthly bonuses;

­ Performs various general accounting functions such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and special reports;

­ Manage depreciation schedule;

­ Vendor payables;

­ Annual filings – personal property tax returns and 1099’s;

­ Reviews and processes expense reports;

­ Manage the monthly financial close and assist in the yearly financial close;

­ Conduct training sessions and presentations;

­ Analyze the financial data and prepare the monthly financial reports and quarterly reports for the BOD and department managers; provide a concrete analysis of the income and expense accounts.
