About Guerrilla Development (and how this position fits in the big picture)

Guerrilla Development: Striving to Change the World 3,000 square feet at a Time.

Guerrilla Development is a real estate company focused on creating inventive and experimental projects that use both hemispheres of the brain. We make buildings that prove good design and healthy financial returns are not mutually exclusive. We serve all of our partners with equal care from investors to bankers, tenants to neighbors, contractors to staff. Our ideas are coded in walls, windows, concrete and timber. We measure success by the social capital our developments produce as well as by the asset value they generate.

Our company culture is as valuable to our team as the work we produce. Our projects are forward thinking but the inner workings of our company are rooted in a belief where 5 o'clock means it is time to go home. All Guerrilla Development employees from top to bottom enjoy similar benefits and compensation.

It is helpful to know that Guerrilla Development is a small company of seven total employees. There are two divisions: project management (4 employees) and asset/property management (3 employees). This position is the primary gatekeeper of asset/property management finances. While overlap can happen from time to time, this position is decidedly focused on the asset/property management side of our company and the right hire will be comfortable (and thrive!) with the associated responsibilities.
