Entry level payroll processing position. No payroll experience required but strong math and computer skills are required. We are looking for someone who is hard working as an addition to our team. This is a career position for someone who fits our culture and work ethic. Qualified individual could expect a $60k salary within the first 5 years. If you are someone who has the determination, is a hardworking team player and wants a career with a in a great office environment, we would love to talk with you.  ÂEssential Duties and Responsibilities Compile payroll data such as regular hours, OT hours, vacation time, sick time and other necessary data to complete the payroll process. Contact various clients for any missing information. Upload daily bank files. (Transfer monies for taxes, billing and direct deposit files) Print and package payrolls. Mail or schedule deliveries for payroll. Maintain employee and company data in system. (Add new employees, update / change employee info and company info in system) Provide clients with any payroll numbers, totals, reports or data as requested. Perform other workrelated duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills) Understand basic math skills. (fractions, percentages and ratios) The ability to be able to learn and understand payroll and basic payroll tax laws. Proven facility in MS Office, data entry and office equipment (i.e. telephone, head set, 10-key or calculator, PC, FAX machine, photo copier) Proven facility in customer service, and problem resolution.  Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
