We are seeking a team leader that will continue the company wide mission of improving the quality of life for those in need of medical equipment by providing excellent products and unmatched service. The Store Manager will accomplish this by focusing on internal operations and employee direction to ensure that our customers are continually satisfied and Bellevue Healthcares business interests continue to grow.
Responsibilities:
Lead Team: Designate tasks and hold team members responsible by constructively educating them on company policies and procedures. Including day to day employee and team management and having an active role in setting and achieving goals. Oversee all intake and billing functions and work to eliminate denials and billing errors. Responsible for making sure all Customer Service staff have an improving knowledge of all internal computer and system functions and will take corrective action when necessary.
Operations: The Store Manager will ensure that delivery and pick up of equipment, file maintenance, and billing procedures happen in the most timely and efficient manner on a daily basis. They will draw upon the teams skills by assigning daily responsibilities accordingly and lend a hand to make certain the job is completed every day.
Marketing: Bellevue Healthcare has built its name by following through on promises of quality and has fostered relationships based on past service. It will be key that this position continue to build relationships by maintaining high standards of service in the providing of home medical equipment. This includes ensuring complete customer phone support, knowing the answers to customer and referral questions, and going the extra mile to make sure our customers and referrals are thoroughly cared for. The store manager will be responsible for retaining current customer base and acquiring new customers on an ongoing basis while working with Territory Manager and management to ensure long term growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business management or a related field
A working knowledge of healthcare & DME/HME
Excellent customer relationship management skills, with focus on dealing with complex or challenging customers or referrals
Experience in cultivating and developing strong teams
