Customer service representatives are a critical part of our day-to-day operations and objectives, as well as ensuring the customers have a positive experience.
The primary role of the customer service representative is to interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs, such as taking orders and setting up new customer accounts. Data entry is a very important part of this position and keen attention to detail is a must!
An ideal candidate is reliable. Someone with great listening skills who is comfortable speaking with customers on the phone. A large portion of our reservation requests are via email, but we still have phone interaction with customers and affiliates on a regular basis. Professionalism is always needed in all forms of correspondence with our clients and new potential clients.
Full time- 32 to 40 hours per week. Primarily Monday- Friday with some weekends as needed.
