Service Desk/Front Desk Agent
(West Hills Racquet and Fitness Club & Mountain Park Racquet and Fitness Club)
West Hills & Mountain Park have a long-standing reputation as the tennis-place-to-go with unmatched staff expertise and outstanding facilities. The Service Desk Agent is the first impression of the club that greets our members and enhances their visit.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Providing a warm and welcoming environment for all members/guests
Skillfully booking reservations , appointments and answering multiple phone lines
Providing all guests with high end customer service as well as detailed information regarding our facilities, services and products
Processing payments
Tracking attendance
Restocking items
Thoroughly and frequently cleaning the lobby and locker room areas
And most importantly, maintaining a positive, fun, and respectful relationship with all co-workers

Front desk and telephone experience desired
Schedule and Hours:
Shifts currently hiring for are Thursday - Saturday 6-11pm. Coverage for other shifts as requested.
Available shifts listed above are at West Hills.
This position will have a set schedule with an average of 5 to 7 hours per shift. Flexibility is required to accommodate filling in for vacation and illness.
The schedule will sometimes require a weekend shift and/or an early morning shift which begins at 5:30am.
Anticipate working between 15 and 20 hours a week.
Compensation:
$12.00/hr
