We are in urgent need of a qualified, reliable, professional drafter for residential projects. This is an Independent Contractor position, you must have access to your own software license (Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD). Software license compensation is a possibility for the right candidate. You must know how to put together a proper permit document set for BDS, knowledge of it's online submission system, and a working knowledge of residential building code is essential.
We are a small, start-up 501c-3 organization working to offset displacement due to gentrification by providing essential Architecture services to low-income, BIPOC homeowners. We currently have 3 open projects with 2 more starting in the next couple of weeks and more to come. This is a part-time, contract position, with the potential of turning into more as we grow and expand capacity.
