The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk.The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.Compliance Analytics seeks a data analyst to help evolve our anti-bribery and anti-corruption analytics practice, in support of the Bank’s compliance with our Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) Policy. This policy establishes a framework for compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the U.K. Bribery Act 2010, and other law prohibiting bribery and corruption.The candidate will strengthen understanding of the current ABC landscape by supporting current processes, participating in the design of an analytical framework and approach and development a risk-based methodology that will deepen our understanding of this space. This position involves supporting research & development and exploratory analysis with data and reporting of statistical and mathematical models implemented on various platforms, including SAS, traditional and big data environments. The role entails the use and manipulation of multiple databases and data streams, linking data across multiple systems, hierarchies, systems, etc. The candidate is responsible for presentation of data and results to internal analysts and compliance personnel throughout the Bank. Candidate must have a high-level understanding of statistical models and techniques and the compilation of data to be used in modeling.Candidate must be detail-orientated, flexible, and open-minded; and creative in problem solving approach. Job location is flexible.Required Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling; or a Masters degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling

Desired Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Teradata experience

Tableau experience

Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
