Ultimately, we want to create an environment that maximizes the talent of our team members and our knowledge of Process Excellence so that we can deliver world class solutions and services to our customer base.We are seeking an experienced professional to join us to help design and continuously enhance specific areas within the Enterprise BPM Process Definition Methodology. This individual will be a process definition subject matter expert who partners directly with key business partners whose domains integrate with the Enterprise Process Definition methodologies. This individual will become a domain expert in both the Process Definition practice as well as the partnering domains to ensure process and technology integration is optimal. This individual will be responsible for designing, building, testing and deploying the components of an evolving process definition practice. This will include responsibilities such as:Primary Responsibilities:

Will be a Process Definition and Process Architecture expert who is responsible for the continued maturation of the Enterprise Process Definition practice at Wells Fargo. Will be assigned to one of the following domain partnerships as a primary responsibility but may also provide secondary support to the listed areas when capacity allows.

o Risk and Compliance partnership and integration with Process Definitiono International Process Definition/Legal Entity/Third Partieso New Business Initiatives/Project Management Office, Issue Managemento Applications/End User Computing Tools and Data Managemento COSO

Will become an expert on all related object modeling and meta data

Must understand Process Definition methodology and Process Architecture practices and standards

o Value Streamo Value Stream Stageo Processo Activityo Tasko Business Scenario (Value Chain)o Playbooko Procedure

Understands Functional Decomposition – logically breaking down a large complex business area into its associated processes

Understands Process Decomposition – logically breaking down a process into its associated activities

Will design associated methods and processes regarding how the Process Definition methodology interacts with the partnering domain (Risk, Compliance, Legal Entity, New Business Initiative, Project Management, Issues Management, Applications, End User Computing tools, Data Management and/or COSO)

Will help arrange, plan and facilitate strategic planning workshops with Process Definition Practitioner base and appropriate business partner domain to define and prioritize requirements

Will execute the full lifecycle of Process Definition Practice intake and demand (new needs, questions, requirements, solutions)

o Prepare – Collect requests/needs for Process Definition Practices.o Assess – Review requests/needs, prioritize and disposition.o Definition – translation of needs into actionable requirements.o Design – Translate requirements into value proposition, conceptual design, and deployment timeline.o Build – Convert requirements and conceptual designs into formal body of knowledge (processes, procedures, playbooks, templates, guides, tools, artifacts, websites and educational material). Also includes policy alignment when needed.o Test – Partner with Delivery teams to ensure that the Practices meet the appropriate expectations.o Deploy – accountable for scheduling and coordinating appropriate activities such as communication and final training to transition solutions into live use across company.

Will partner with Training and Professional Development team to incorporate Process Definition methods and practices into training curriculum

Responsible for contributing new requirements for the advancement and simplification of Process Definition Required Practices

Responsible for partnering with BPM Practice Integration lead to:

o Incorporate industry research and benchmarking specific to Process Definition methodologies and practiceso Accommodate other program needs across enterprise that rely on Process Definition practiceso Build continued integration between BPM Practices (Process Definition, Process Measurement and Process Improvement)

Responsible for designing content and delivering education and communication via User Forums

Responsible for becoming an expert on object modeling standards and functionality in iGrafx

o Expert in all areas of the iGrafx tool suite:o Process Modeling & Analysiso Process Modeling & Architectureo Risk Managemento Performance ManagementSecondary

Team will have to ability to provide guidance to Business Process Owner and other stakeholders on the high-level definition of processes and their linkages to the various elements of the enterprise (process, risk, control, application etc.)

Manage workload in JIRA and will provide regular updates to stories

Team may need to participate in UAT and Regression testing

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: process engineering, military (supply chain, analytics and/or engineering); or LEAN/Six Sigma Black belt and 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: process engineering, military (supply chain, analytics or engineering)

Desired Qualifications:

BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, engineering, or physics

Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) software such as iGrafx

Knowledge and understanding of Statistical Analysis software such as Minitab

Facilitation skills such as Helix

Change Management skills such as Prosci/ADKAR

Knowledge and understanding of Rapid Process Automation software such as Blue Prism

LEAN/Six Sigma certification or Wells Fargo business process management endorsement

Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

Ability to manage complex projects in a large enterprise environment

Strong collaboration and partnering skills

Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Advanced facilitation skills

Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities

Financial services industry experience

Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability

Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment

Agile experience

iGrafx, ProVision or other enterprise process modeling experience

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
