The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk.The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.The Administration Planning and Logistics Team is responsible for establishing and maintaining the governance and operational infrastructure for Conduct Management and providing centralized support and services across the Conduct Management organization to meet our strategic priorities.The Strategic Initiatives Management is responsible for Conduct Management initiatives portfolio from ideation through completion. This includes enablement activities and roles throughout the lifecycle of the initiative from intake through completion including strategic planning, project (GPMO) engagement, project champion or SME as well as fulfilling key coordination, implementation activities and overall reporting across the entire portfolio of Conduct Management projects and initiatives.The Conduct Management Senior Initiatives Lead will be responsible for assisting with the planning, development, engagement and implementation of initiatives supporting long-term strategies, policies, and process advancements for critical projects and initiatives owned by Conduct Management.Initiative management responsibilities include:Subject matter expertise to assist in the planning and implementation of audit/exam, issue and corrective action and internal business programs, projects or efforts to ensure timely resolutionCollaborates with initiative sponsors and key partners such as the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to ensure maximum effectiveness of critical initiative objectives to drive effective prioritization and decision-makingResponsible initiative champion to consults with business / project sponsor, stakeholders and key partners to ensure approach, deliverables and effective evidenceThis includes leveraging skills in problem-solving, communication, and relationship management to effectively engage partners, lead with a One Wells Fargo view, and proactively identify related activities to simplify and mitigate potential risks.Additional responsibilities:Stand up and lead an Initiatives Management function for driving and representing key initiative and project supportTeam members will lead and assist with the planning, development, engagement and implementation of initiatives supporting long-term strategies, policies, and process advancements for managing conduct riskCollaborate with key stakeholders and the EMPO to drive implementation activities and to ensure effective completion, logging and delivery of critical artifacts and deliverables.Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services
