It all begins with you.Deposit & Settlement Operations (DSO) division is committed to leveraging our team, technology, and partners to make things easy for our customers while being personal, helpful, and mindful of risk. The DSO Division includes six production/ support groups who ensure our customers and partners always have an exceptional experience.DSO is currently seeking a Business Support Consultant 4. This is an individual contributor role responsible for Business Implementation for the Deposit Regulatory Reporting and Legal Support divisions.The incumbent will consult with management and business partners on matters of significance regarding strategic approaches, business performance and improvement opportunities for the applicable business functions. Such consultation includes discussion of alternatives and implications. Presents to executive management on business performance and recommends strategies to implement changes and improvements. Utilizes thorough knowledge of the LOB's or business group's functional area or products to support and drive strategic initiatives for the business. Provides work direction to lower level staff. Leads support functions and/or operations/production oversight usually for multiple business groups for a Line of Business or for a significantly diverse and complex business group within a Line of Business. Functions supported may include: policy/procedure administration and adherence, systems/change initiatives, business continuity planning, legal and regulatory adherence, SLA negotiation/development, reporting and analysis, project funding, pipeline, process improvement, quality management (example: may include negotiation of SLA and QA program across multiple LOBs), MBO development, communications, financial control/budgeting oversight (example: monitoring business expenses) and/or team member processing (example: planning focal review).Additional work performed will include:Transformation

Risk and issues management experience

Establish routines and supporting processes to ensure proactive approach to audits, testing, business process mapping, issues management and risk related deliverables

Required Qualifications:

8+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Knowledge and understanding of Six Sigma methodology

Leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment

Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives

Risk management and mitigation experience

Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals

Ability to create and improve process through strategic thinking

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
