Grant Thornton is seeking a Change Management Senior Associate to join our team. Approved office locations included below. ICS - Enterprise Transformation – Change Manager – Senior Associate As a Senior Associate Change Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of change management plans for Grant Thornton’s transformation initiatives. You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to understand the impact of the changes and develop communication, training, and engagement plans to support successful adoption of the changes. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the progress of change adoption and providing insights and recommendations for improvement. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the development and execution of change management plans for transformation initiatives

Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to understand the impact of changes on stakeholders

Develop communication, training, and engagement plans to support successful adoption of changes

Monitor and report on progress of change adoption and provide insights and recommendations for improvement

Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks and issues related to change adoption

Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

2 to 6 years of experience in change management, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment

Bachelor's degree in information technology or a relevant field (e.g., business, psychology, communications) is required

Experience with change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, Kotter) is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Agile / Scrum certification preferred.

Prior relevant professional / consulting experience preferred

Ability to travel on short notice and work additional hours as necessary.

Travel percentage: 5%

The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Sacramento, CA and Denver, CO offices only is between $82,700 and $137,900 per year.

The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Bellevue, WA, Los Angeles, CA, San Diego, CA, and New York City(Manhattan) offices only is between $89,300 and $148,900 per year.

The base salary range for this position in the firm’s San Francisco, CA and San Jose, CA offices only is between $95,100 and $158,600 per year.

Benefits for internship positions: Grant Thornton interns are eligible to participate in the firm’s medical, dental and vision insurance programs and the firm’s employee assistance program. Interns also receive a minimum of 72 hours of paid sick leave, and are paid for firm holidays that fall within their internship period.
