DescriptionLong-Term Customer Service Representative Opportunity!Robert Half OfficeTeam is actively searching for a customer service representative to work for one of Downtown Portland's fastest-growing companies in a temp-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience - both over the phone and via email. You will need to be organized, efficient, tech savvy, and passionate about strong customer service. The role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to listen and empathize with each client. This role requires a candidate who can routinely de-escalate conflict, solve problems, and build relationships with clients. Give exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email
Receive and reply to written written communications
Comfortable going from call to call, diving into a variety of conversations with clients and finding joy in graceful resolution

RequirementsWhat we're looking for:
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with resourcefulness, grace, and integrity
2+ years' experience of proven performance in a driven customer-focused environment desired
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Google suite experience
Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Proficient with computers and technology platforms
Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
