Serverlogic client has an immediate opening for an experienced Project Manager contract to hire full-time position in Portland, Oregon.

• The IT Project Manager will fulfill IT application development project responsibilities to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions.
• The PM will liaison between IT departments, business operations, internal business partners, vendors and external clients.
• The incumbent will also coordinate the project scope, schedule, budget, quality, communication, risk management, and issue management.
• Responsible for delivery of IT projects with agility by coordinating project work and project team members.
• Serves as the project’s primary point of contact between IT, business operations, internal business partners, vendors and external clients.

• Delivers information technology solutions, using agile methodology, by researching, planning, communicating, coordinating across the IT team and other departments.
• Manages IT projects through the application of generally accepted project management principles and Project Management methodology including agile project management.
• Completes IT projects by facilitating resources and timetables within IT and across other departments
• Coordinates geographically dispersed project teams for data integrations, system consolidations, software development, business onboarding projects, and other tasks
• Liaison with internal cross-functional teams such as: Finance, Product, Technology, Infrastructure, Legal, Information Security, etc.
• Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
• Accomplishes project financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing project budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances. –
• Maintains key project documents and provides clear verbal/written communication to IT Managers/Business Stakeholders including
• Project Plan/Project Schedule and work estimate
• Testing and quality control plan/schedule
• Risk management
• Training plan/schedule
• Change control process
• Project templates, forms, and Jira/Confluence document storage locations
• Other tools and templates as needed

• The IT Project Manager must be able to lead individuals, assign tasks, set priorities, plan and monitor the work.

• Desirable certifications: PMP, CSM
