This position works with transportation partners, customers, and Ride Connection staff to coordinate, plan, and expand area transportation services. This position supports onboarding, orientation, and ongoing support of new transportation provider partners. The Provider Specialist is a main point of contact and supports transportation providers in their interactions with Ride Connection and the Medicaid Non-emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) program. They identify trends or issues that relate to provider performance and assists with addressing changes.
