Square, Inc. is looking for a Senior Policy Analyst to join our Risk team to redefine the chargeback experience. You will influence product development, managing workflow efficiencies, and collaborating with our banking partners. Primary focus will set a vision for seller experiences that balances network regulations with innovation. General responsibilities will include using data to identify gaps in the seller experience, evaluating existing processes, and creating new operational policies to be used by risk agents. You will demonstrate a high degree of empathy for the businesses and people we serve, and bring creativity and structured thinking towards our procedures while maintaining a positive seller experience.You Will:Manage third-party relationships across the FinTech industry.Assess seller satisfaction throughout the risk lifecycle by development and monitoring of important metrics.Create efficiencies in operations by refining processes and producing training materials. Partner in overseeing operational workforce management and further develop and expand our existing Quality Assurance and Learning & Development. Lead coordination with legal, customer success, international teams, and risk operations teams to facilitate the approval process of new workflows and product development.Develop roadmaps for Disputes Policy.
