Syteline Systems Analyst - Portland, OR

An exciting opportunity for candidates who are looking to develop, implement, improve and analyze within Syteline/CloudSuite Industrial to support business goals.

The company

This company has pioneered the use of LED technology for UV curing applications and Life Sciences. They provide worldwide sales and support capabilities, delivering optimized solutions for demanding applications. Their products enable faster and cleaner industrial processes. As part of this company, you would be a key contributor impacting company growth and exciting new initiatives.

The role

As a Syteline Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving functionality within Syteline, ensuring that the system is operating at its full capacity to meet business goals/needs. You will also work on custom Syteline reporting and development, while supporting end users and providing help desk/troubleshooting support. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to work on exciting new projects within Life Sciences, the company's most recent initiative.



Your responsibilities will include:


  • Maintaining IT operations, seeking and making improvements

  • Improving Syteline functionality, working on customizations and reporting

  • Syteline administration and supporting end users

  • Providing onsite desktop support

  • Supporting new hire and workstation deployment

  • Handling vendor management and acquisition of new IT hardware




You would be a great fit for this position if you have:


  • Syteline experience (preferably v. 9)

  • Mongoose, SSRS, and Crystal Reporting experience

  • Business Analysis and Network Administration experience

  • Hands On Desktop Support experience

  • End User Training & Support experience
