Our family's winery is looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our hard working team! You do not need experience in the wine industry but it would be helpful. Must be willing to wear many hats and be flexible. Customer Service oriented and a team player are top priorities!
Duties include:
Assisting GM
Help with Tasting Room schedule & employee training & staffing
Work in Tasting Room (minimum) 3 Days/week (one weekend day required, plus two weekdays). There will also be hours outside of the tasting room.
Help Coordinate Tour Groups
Shipping Coordinator- Handle ALL shipping orders (excluding wine club) ; orders taken in Tasting Room and online orders.
Assist with Wine Club Parties & Wine Dinner (August 3)
Assist with Event Bookings at Tasting Room location.
Social Media (FB & IG)
