⢠Coaching in the moment
⢠Overall Guest Service
⢠Guest Complaints
⢠Daily and Monthly Environment Walkthroughs
⢠Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting
⢠Perform opening and closing duties
⢠Proper payment handling
⢠Inventory/product ordering
⢠Communication to direct manager daily
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
⢠2+ years of management experience with emphasis in retail sales and leading a team of 5+ employees
⢠Open availability with no restrictions
⢠Excellent communication and organizational skills
⢠Ability to work with all types of personalities
⢠Outgoing and driven
⢠Multitasker
⢠Solid computer skills
