Director of Food and Beverage - Mirabella Portland
Mirabella, Portland a premier upscale senior living community located in the South Waterfront with stunning views of the Willamette and downtown Portland, is seeking a Director of Dining Services with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a top-level leader in the hospitality and/or culinary industry to lead both our front-of-house and back-of-house teams. This position would oversee operations for our fine-dining restaurant, upscale casual Bistro, catering program, and all other dining venues within the community.
We are not a nursing home or typical retirement community. At our luxury, resort-like community, we are driven to provide our residents with the best hospitality program the Portland Area has to offer, so our residents don’t have to leave home for an incredible restaurant experience. As the top-level member of the Dining Services team, you will drive the department’s success by continually developing, mentoring, and holding accountable all team members in accordance with their job descriptions, your sense of ownership, striving for excellence, and your expectations/vision as the leader of the department.
