Job Description
The Springs at Wilsonville senior living community seeks Kitchen Assistant/Dishwasher/Server for our dining program. Responsibilities may include:
⢠Wash, dry, and store dishes, glasses, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
⢠Maintain a clean and sanitary dishwashing area.
⢠Bus dining room tables.
⢠Clean dining room tables and chairs.
⢠Assists with preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages that are consistently appetizing.
⢠Assists with assuring that meals are consistently served with attractive presentation.
⢠Assists with assuring that meals are served punctually.
⢠Assist with preparation of all meals according to The Springs Living menus and recipes, including for therapeutic or other special diets; specific duties included but are not limited to:
1.Preparing foods for cooking
2.Preparing salads
3.Preparing desserts
⢠Assists with assuring that necessary snacks are available at the appropriate times.
⢠Stores food correctly, adhering to all related guidelines (i.e. labels, dates, and specifications.)
⢠Performs all cleaning tasks according to cleaning schedule.
⢠Performs other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef.

Qualifications
⢠Must be able to pass a drug test and a criminal background check
⢠Must be able to lift 50 pounds
