We are a family owned & run group of Subways with 4 locations throughout Milwaukie, Clackamas and Happy Valley.
We have almost 30 years experience in owning and operating Subway restaurants and we "train to retain!" We care about our employees and are currently hiring Store Managers, MIT's (Managers-in-Training), Assistant Managers, Night Managers, Day and Evening Shift Supervisors (openers & closers) as well as Crew Members.

STORE MANAGER / MIT (Manager-in-Training) / ASSISTANT MANAGER POSITION SUMMARIES:

- Assist in building restaurant sales and profits while ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures & practices
- Create a FRESH Experience & Culture for our EMPLOYEES - supporting them through effective communication, connection, education, empowerment and enthusiasm - so they can create a FRESH Experience for our CUSTOMERS!
As a Manager, you SERVE the CREW, so the CREW can SERVE the CUSTOMER! You're success is determined by how well they do their job and how successful they are at serving the customer! We believe this to be True Leadership! :)

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Maintain a FRESH & Positive attitude at all times! :)
-Assist in the training, development, and evaluation of restaurant employees
-Monitor staffing levels & scheduling to ensure profitability
-Ensure ALL Policies, Procedures & Practices are trained and enforced at all times.
-Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance.
-Provide an exceptional customer experience as well as train and ensure all crew members do too! No exceptions! :)
-Make the right decisions with accountability for ensuring effective execution of your duties & responsibilities.
-Maintain exceptional restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service. Serve as a role model for excellent customer service!
-Meet (or reach beyond) all restaurant & company goals! (Following and enforcing all formula/food cost and productivity/labor guidelines, etc.)
-Participate in local and in-store company marketing promotions & projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Experience managing a food concept restaurant is preferred but not required, we train to retain! :)
-Results oriented individual with a positive attitude & no-excuses mentality! :)
-Self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility! :)
-Ability to focus and prioritize duties & responsibilities are very important! :)
-Strong organizational & time management skills are required! :)
-Open availability and flexibility with schedule is a must! :)
Store Managers & MIT's must have a valid drivers license and own a well maintained vehicle with valid insurance.

SALARY RANGE:
Store Managers: $16.50-$17.50/hr (+ Bonus & Benefits)
MIT's (Managers-in-Training): $15.50-$16.50/hr
Assistant Managers: $13.50-$14.50/hr

SHIFT SUPERVISOR POSITION SUMMARY:
-Apply your experience and on the job training to make the right decisions with accountability for ensuring effective execution.
-Assist in the development of a team of efficient Sandwich Artists that can provide customized sandwiches without sacrificing standards all the while offering an exceptional customer experience!
-Assist in building restaurant sales and profits while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, practices and regulatory requirements.
Exhibit EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service - at all times!
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Maintain a FRESH & Positive attitude at all times! :)
-Assist in the training, development, and evaluation of restaurant employees
-Monitor staffing levels to ensure profitability
-Ensure policies, procedures & practices for training employees are fully followed and enforced by all management and crew
-Manage store & shift activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance.
-Serve as a role model for excellent customer service - Provide an exceptional customer experience - No exceptions! :)
-Maintains the brand image of restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service.
-Adherence to all budget and restaurant goals. (Following and enforcing all formula and productivity guidelines, etc.)
-Open and/or Close the restaurant (can include money handling and a variety of tasks which require strong time management skills)
