The Comfort Inn And Suites Portland Airport is seeking service orientated candidate to join our front desk and driver team. This is a part time gig with potential to be a full time position with shuttle driver and front desk/ night audit hours.
We are a busy airport hotel and the position requires long periods of time standing, excellent communications skills both verbal and written, constant telephone attention, and the desire to provide exceptional guest service. 40 wpm typing recommended along with useful city knowledge of Portland and its various attractions. Must have a clean driving record.

- Provide information to guests about tourist attractions.

-Answer phones, operate switchboard, set wake up calls.
-Receive, input and acknowledge reservations and cancellations.
-Review arrivals for guest preferences and room blocking.
-Guest check in, check out, room moves.
-Post charges and payments.
-Coordinate the nightly audit.
-Maintain cashier's drawer, ensuring that all cash handling procedures are followed.
-Assess guest issues and complaints for resolution.
-Provide information to guests about tourist attractions and transportation options.
-Record pertinent information in logbook.
