What You Will Do:

Support maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment via excellent trouble-shooting methods.

  • Repair and maintain TEL Alpha 8 furnace systems, as well as AMAT/AG RTP systems.

  • Read and interpret mechanical prints and electrical/electronic schematics.

  • Work with systems containing radiation, electrical, mechanical, liquid and gas hazards.

  • Document work in maintenance logs effectively.

Education and Work Requirements

  • AA degree in a technical field - OR - equivalent semiconductor industry experience, military training or technical degree.

  • 5-7 years of experience in equipment maintenance.
