We are now hiring for full-time and part-time Residential Care Staff to work in our program serving adults with mental illness in a home-like setting. Our residents are voluntary.
We screen all clients prior to admission to facility. All clients are compliant with medications, and adhere to a comprehensive Residential Plan of Care to maintain placement in our program. Our facilities are unlocked sites. Clients are here because they choose treatment.
Various shifts are available now.
Full and part time opportunities available.
Candidates will only be considered if the following requirements are met:
Must be 18 years of age
Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check
Must be able to pass a Food Handler's Test (or have a current card)
Demonstrated experience with medication administration (or ability to learn)
Demonstrated experience preparing meals for groups of 10 to 15 clients (or ability to learn)
Demonstrated experience documenting client's progress
Ability to learn & implement agency policies & procedures
Experience in crisis management (or ability to learn)
All shifts are staffed with two employees, so you never work alone.
No CNA required.
All employees receive mandatory paid training before working shifts.
ID badges and scrubs are uniform requirements.
