Progressive, fun, growing orthodontic practice seeking an awesome treatment coordinator! Experience preferred, but will train the right person. Must possess excellent verbal and written skills, be people oriented and be comfortable with collection processes.
Duties:
-Receptionist-greet and welcome the patients
-Manage day-to-day operations of the office
-Scheduling patients correctly and efficiently, be able to fill schedule
-Gain financial commitment for treatment, create contracts, and coordinate fees and insurance benefits
-Manage accounts receivables and insurance reimbursement
-Correspond with patient about payment and their insurance coverage, insurance claims
-Practice marketing
-Take records/x-rays for consults
