We are a busy, fun and family orientated Dental Office with an immediate opening for a full time Dental Patient Care Coordinator. We offer a friendly caring work atmosphere and competitive pay and benefits. Experience in dental field preferred, but we will train the right person. We are an EOE.

Primary Job Duties Include:

Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments.

Answer inquiries and obtain information for general public, patients, visitors, and other interested parties.

Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.

Be proficient and well versed in Dental Insurance benefits and Treatment plan presentation. Verify Dental Insurance and populate patient accounts with Dental Insurance benefit information.

Monitor schedule and patients who are waiting in reception area; notify appropriate staff of patient arrival and when there has been a delay in patient seating for appointment.

Check patient records and provide with appropriate and necessary forms upon arrival (i.e. medical history, HIPAA consent, contact information, etc.).

Schedule appointments in consideration of production and capacity.

Accept and record payments made at the time of service, via mail and telephone.

Present financing options and make necessary arrangements.

Be knowledgeable in the operation and maintenance of equipment at the front desk.

Prepare End-of-Day routine, including: (a) reconciling production and collection (b) settling credit card accounts (c) preparing and making bank deposits.

Prepare End-of-Month Report, when necessary.

Prepare and submit End of Day Reports.

You must have the ability to multi-task, take initiative and anticipate needs of others

You must be flexible and understand that your job duties may change from time to time and that you may be asked to "help out" in other areas of the office.

Able to work with a team, with humor, enthusiasm and professionalism.

Required Experience:

Fluent in English and Russian.

Accurate keyboarding skills at min 40 words per minute.

Two Years Minimum Dental Office experience preferred.
