NOW hiring a construction crew lead - window lead installer - this is a great opportunity with starting pay at $20-$30+ per hour depending on level of Experience! Reviews and additional raises will always be considered!
2 Years of construction background experience preferred.
Experience with window installation preferred.
Some experience with door installation preferred.
Basic computer skills preferred.
Lead Installers are responsible for,
Running individual job sites.
Maintaining high quality workmanship.
Following the established installation processes.
Act as the primary representative for the company with the customer when on the job sites.
Follow all established safety practices.
Assign job duties to the rest of the team.
Ensure trucks are stocked with all materials needed to complete projects.
Keep the team productive and on task.
Requirements for this position,
Three years as a lead with construction background & familiar with window installations.
Expert status with power tools and hand tools.
Highly skilled with finish carpentry.
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
