Full-Time Housekeeper / Nanny
Location: Vancouver, WA
Position: Full-Time
Pay: $22–$25 per hour (DOE)
We are seeking a professional, dependable Full-Time Housekeeper who is also comfortable assisting with childcare. This role is housekeeping-focused, with some childcare responsibilities as part of the position.
Position Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is maintaining a clean, organized, and well-managed household. The position also involves assisting with care and supervision of a child, including a child with autism. Training and guidance will be provided.
Primary Responsibilities – Housekeeping (Main Focus):
Daily cleaning and upkeep of the home
Deep cleaning as needed (bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting)
Laundry (washing, folding, organizing)
Household organization and general upkeep
Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment
Secondary Responsibilities – Childcare Support:
Assisting with supervision and care of a child
Supporting daily routines and maintaining a calm environment
Ensuring safety and clear communication with parents
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Professional housekeeping experience
Comfortable being around and assisting with a child with autism
Must pass a 7-year fingerprint background check
Reliable transportation
Non-smoker
Strong references
Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and dependable
Preferred Qualifications:
Full-time housekeeper experience
Nanny or childcare background
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
