These sorting labor positions work as a quality control employee inside a recycling center. In this labor job, you hand-sort recyclable materials on a moving conveyor belt. This sorting labor position should be able to accurately organize recycled materials by category (like newspaper, aluminum cans and plastics).

Identify recyclables and sort into appropriate bins
Lift up to 50 pounds
Keep your work area clean
Follow safety rules
Stand at a work station during your shift
Remove items from the conveyor belt
