Dennis’ 7 Dees is an established, family-owned and operated business providing landscaping services in the Portland Metro area. We’ve got lots of work to do and not enough people on our team! We are seeking Crew Leaders to run routes to maintain our clients’ landscapes and keep them looking beautiful throughout the year. We work on both residential and commercial properties. Benefits and Pay
The wage range is $17 to $24 per hour and is dependent upon experience.

Work Schedule
You’ll work four 10-hour days (with overtime in the peak season) leading a team of up to 7 people. Depending on the route, you’ll work Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, starting between 6:00 and 7:00 am depending on the season. Your workday is finished when the route is complete, which is around 10 hours, but this can vary.
We provide transportation from our shops in SE Portland and Hillsboro to job sites.
What You’ll Do
Communicate with Account Managers, Supervisors, and clients.
Oversee all routine maintenance activities, assign daily tasks to Crew Members, and promote and maintain safe working practices.
Maintain and improve clients’ landscapes by mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and applying products in a safe and efficient manner.
Use powered and hand tools, such as backpack blowers, mowers, string trimmers, shears, shovels, rakes, pruning tools, and spray packs.
Load and unload equipment and debris from the truck and trailer.
Work outside in all weather conditions
What You’ll Need
2 years landscape maintenance experience
1 year of running jobs and crews (related fields count!)
Experience in irrigation repair and programing
Valid driver license with good record and able to pass DOT medical examination.
Enjoy working on a team of professionals, working hard, and following instructions.
Show up on time and ready for work each day.
Able to pass a pre-employment drug test, including marijuana.
Have legal documentation to work in the United States.
Be able to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, climb, and squat.
Able to lift 75 pounds daily.
Able to communicate in English to clients is preferred
