Blessing Landscapes is currently hiring for the position of: Landscape Project Manager.
The perfect candidate will:
- Be a natural leader: our Project Managers are like a team coach in their approach to inspiring, equipping and training our installation teams to succeed at the highest level.
- Be a role model for our installation team members in both experience and character.
- Have an eye for detail and not be satisfied until the job is done well and the customer is satisfied.
- Have extensive landscape construction knowledge which will be shared and taught with all installers and in accordance with Blessing Landscapes standards.
- Be organized, able to multitask and manage several projects at once. OTHER SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Understanding of landscape construction practices including patios, retaining walls, grading, sprinklers, lighting, drainage, water features, etc.
- Ability to read plans and perform site analysis
- Ability to lay-out crews and manage landscape construction projects from conception to completion
- Formal horticulture education and project management education a plus
- Valid ODLCHARACTER:
