Warehouse Clerk/Order PullerMonday - FridayDay Shift$15.50 per hourTemp to Hire Opportunity!Volt is looking for an Order Puller for our client located in NE Portland. Qualified candidates will have excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic and great communication skills. This is a temp to hire opportunity and our client is looking to hire on in as little as 90 days. Once hired on, our client offers medical benefits, 401K, and PTO.Job Duties:Picking items based on warehouse management system directions via picking cart, forklift, or cherry pickerPacking orders into cartonsPositioning and cutting of wire based on customer requestsLocating and consolidating picked ordersFollowing detailed customer packing instructionsPutting items away in the correct warehouse locationChecking items into inventory system, based on shipment quantitiesManifesting and closing orders, then placing shipping labels on ordersRequirements:1+ year previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred but not requiredSchedule flexibility and ability to work frequent over time when neededDemonstrated ability to navigate Inventory system, use of RF Scanning equipment.Demonstrated and prior experience operating forklift equipment preferred but not requiredStrong matching and identification skills.Ability to maintain high level of focus and attention to detail for prolonged periods of timeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to lift, bend, reach, push, pull, squat, stand and walk throughout an entire shift.Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, generally an entire shift (8+ hours per day).Work within a warehouse environment that is open to the elements.To Apply: Please click the "Apply" button below.
