Opportunity
Holland Residential is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager for our community Southpark Square! The Holland Team consists of associates that demonstrate strong leadership, communication, team-building, and decision-making skills. The
Responsibilities
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the physical condition of the property is maintained according to company operating and safety standards, additional duties may include:
Oversee turn-key operations and ensure service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner.
Hire, develop and manage on-site maintenance staff and ensures staff is motivated, functions as an effective team.
Provides a superior level of customer service.
Position requires the ability to utilize a pager and serve on-call, as scheduled or necessary.
