Monday - Wednesday 5am - 5pm
Assemble and inspect electronic PCBs boards
Produce quality product with manual assembly processes such as stuffing, hand assembly,
mechanical assembly, soldering (lead and lead-free), as well as some rework capabilities.
Inspect to workmanship standards.
Test electronic assemblies.
Follow appropriate quality policies and procedures.
Build product as directed by Team Leader/Supervisor.
Actively participate in work group/team activities, as an enthusiastic, positive and dependable team
member.
Maintain a clean and safe work area and environment.
Provide input to problem solving process and possess good communication skills.
Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED required. A minimum of one year experience in the electronics industry
preferred.
Ability to read, speak, and understand English to enable clear communication and comprehension of
internal company documentation. Basic math skills required to add, subtract, multiply, & divide. Basic
understanding of & ability to read performance graphs. Able to understand and determine product quality
to written documentation.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Able to perform basic data entry transactions.
Successful completion of IPC Component Identification course (completed upon hire).
Successful completion of IPC Workmanship standards exam (completed upon hire).
