Opportunity for over-timeDay, swing, and graveyard shifts availableGrowth opportunities - potential to move into a lead/trainer roleLong term and temporary opportunities availablePotential for permanent hireA more relaxed, but fast paced work environmentAs a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:Operating and monitoring injection mold machines to produce quality molded partsReading and following written instructions in production folders Trimming gates, verifying parts, meeting quality standards, and identify rejectsAssist in improving operator procedures and standardsFilling out work orders, labels, and count summaries accuratelyThe ideal Machine Operator will have:Previous Machine Operating experience or similar manufacturing experienceExcellent verbal and communication skillsThe ability to handle fragile products, perform repetitive tasks, and demonstrate safety awarenessHigh School diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
