We have an immediate and exciting career opportunity for an Accounting Clerk located in the Portland Oregon area.
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
-Vendor closeout, AP processing, PO closeout, procurement requests
-3-5 years experience performing administrative support, billing, payroll and project control activities.
-Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook
-Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal and external coworkers
-Critical thinking, judgment, decision-making, follow-up and ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
-Must have good math aptitude
-Valid Drivers License
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
-Must be able to take and pass a drug test
-Must be able to pass a criminal background check
