Seeking Office Administration Assistant for a Beaverton financial services office
Work Hours: 9AM -3 PM
Workdays: 3 days A Week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
With one extra days during busy season.
Required Experience:
Complete Knowledge of Words, Excel, Email, and other basic computer skills
Minimum 2 years of office Admin Work required
Phone Skills, must be pleasant, outgoing and courteous, bilingual person a plus.
Some light lifting may be required from time to time, must have a car, good credit, clean background and no criminal history.
Must be reliable, with solid references.
Position will be available August 1st with 2 weeks of training and mentorship. This is not a temporary or seasonal position
Our Office is located in a very safe, clean building with free parking and easy access.
