Career Bookkeeper
Site One, LLC is looking for an experienced, long term full cycle bookkeeper.
We are a local, family-run trucking company with 30 employees. Our office is in the Portland’s
West Hills, 15 minutes from downtown.
Job Description:
Excellent experience with QuickBooks
accounts receivable
receive, enter & pay bills on time
experience with Excel Spreadsheets
banking and credit card account reconciliations
QuickBooks payroll
tax reporting including Washington sales tax and quarterly payroll tax reports.
state, federal and industry reporting (ODOT, IFTA, Heavy Vehicle Use Tax)
preparing certified payroll reporting for prevailing wage jobs
onboarding/off boarding employees
fuel purchase tracking
data entry including invoicing customers
answering emails & addressing customer requests
managing calendar & updating operations manager
willingness to handle daily tasks as they arise in support of our operations management team
