Our client is locally owned and operated. They are known as an industry leader in Business Communication Services, offline and online, who brings forward-thinking solutions to their customers.

SUMMARY:

Our client is looking for a Customer Order/Administrator passionate about collecting details and working with customers to set up orders. This role interfaces with the customer, the sales rep, and the production team. In this role, you are part of a team of 3 others, all working with a common goal.

PAY: up to $30/hr for well-qualified candidates

SCHEDULE: 8:30 am - 5::00 pm Monday - Friday

DUTIES:

Responsible for receiving data from the customer, verifying the contents

Setting up the customer’s orders which can require up to 40 lines of data based on customer specifications

Verify the pricing for each line of service data used

Communicate what you found to the customer, with production, and co-workers

Close out the work order after production has finished

A high degree of detail and ability to multi-task

Remain calm under pressure and always remain friendly with the customer and co-workers.

Learn the USPS postal regulations. and understand print and mail related industry.

Talk with customers by phone

As needed answer general phone and front door

Make pricing estimates for customers

Various administrative functions as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Very friendly, articulate, and effective communicator using both written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent Team Partner.

Excellent customer service and strong decision making skills

Able to accurately handle extremely detailed information.

Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

Able to follow detailed instructions and processes and prioritize tasks without supervision.

Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office

Preferred Experience:

Experience with printing, mail sorting, and highspeed short-run production environments

Basic understanding of website constructs, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing, and Internet technology

Experience with Salesforce CRM
