We are seeking a professional, friendly, customer oriented individual to fill our full time, multi faceted position that includes customer service via phone and email, order entry, processing invoices and invoicing. Day to day duties will be:

*Greet customers as they come into the office. Assist them with questions and purchases.

*Field phone calls and emails from customers and vendors.

*Enter orders into our CRM system.

*Manage warehouse inventory and submit purchase orders with suppliers.

*Process invoices and bills for customers and suppliers.

*Support warehouse staff by communicating incoming deliveries and orders.
