Position: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $17.00-$18.00/hr.
Location: SE Milwaukie
Company: Our client is a Materials testing laboratory that offers analytical services to manufacturers supplying the Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, Medical Device, Oil & Gas, Nuclear Power, and other advanced technology markets!
Position Description: In this position, you work with various departments to meet routine maintenance services sales goals. You will maintain direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale. You support sales teams by developing and maintaining positive customer relations (CRM) with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s).
Position Responsibilities:
· Provides assistance to all areas of the company and to customers as needed on routine questions.
· Responds to customer needs in a quick and effective manner performing account management functions. Improved customer relations measure this position's accountabilities.
· Coordinates activities with other departments including import/export shipments.
Requirements:
Ability to take direction
Ability to work independently while following rules & procedures
Ability to work well under pressure
Not being afraid to ask questions
Have the confidence and curiosity to learn more
Be self-motivated to find answers and to investigate (critical thinking/problem solving),
You will look at specs all day long and you will need to interpret those specs and ask questions rather than make assumptions. The rest is completely trainable
