RG Construction Services, LLC- a growing, locally owned General Contracting firm with a fun, professional culture and almost a years worth of work backlog is accepting applications for the position of: Entry level drafter / CAD Drafter
This position works under the direction of the Design & Planning Manager to assist in designing and drawing projects - currently ranging from small remodel projects to large new construction homes using Revit. This department works closely with the sales, design and construction teams to deliver a red carpet experience to our clients! Attention to detail and the ability to focus and deliver results within a time constraint is a must! Ability to multi task and communicate professionally - verbally and in writing is a must.
This position may offer a flex or part-time schedule for the right fit and we are open to training in someone as well - this is a great opportunity to join a fun team!

Required Qualifications:
Self starter - we are willing to train if you have the right attitude and an interest in structural or architectural design.
Any CAD classes or experience is helpful as well as general construction knowledge or experience.
Microsoft Office Suite experience (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
Employment history reflecting long term employment – no job hoppers!
Determined, hard working and detail oriented – ability to multi task and remain composed a MUST!
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills – both orally and written
Must be organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines
Passion for our team, your job and your clients
Valid clean driver’s license
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
